Die oberen Zimmer haben große Fenster mit Meerblick.
Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin im Wohnzimmer und noch zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage im ersten OG. Alle Räume im ganzen Haus verfügen über Infrarotheizungen.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer privaten Eingangsstraße mit direktem Zugang zu einem sehr ruhigen Strand. Das Wasser hat wenig Tiefe und ist für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Im Sommer gibt es eine Surfschule. In der Nähe gibt es weitere Strände und eine sehr bekannten Bucht mit wunderschönen natürlichen Dünen.

Amplio salón de más de 40 m2 y techos altos con vigas de madera, chimenea, piano y salida a 2 terrazas, una muy grande orientada al este, fresca y aireada en verano y otra orientada al suroeste para disfrutar del sol en invierno. Hay una tercera terraza hacia el oeste. En la primera planta se encuentra el salón con cocina integrada, dos dormitorios y dos baños. En el primer piso hay una habitación estudio con posibilidad de dormir en un sofacama para dos personas y una antesala y estudio que puede ser usada por una personas o dos niños-as. Estas habitaciones superiores tienen grandes ventanales con vistas al mar.
Hay aire acondicionado y una chimenea en el salón y en la habitación estudio superior.
La casa está ubicada en una calle de entrada privada con acceso directo a una playa muy tranquila, con poca profundidad, por lo que es ideal para familias con niños. En verano hay una escuela de surf. Cerca hay más playas y una bahía muy famosa con hermosas dunas naturales.

On the first floor there is the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and an anteroom that can be used by a child. These superior rooms have large windows overlooking the sea.

The house is located on a private entrance street with direct access to a very quiet beach, with little depth, making it ideal for families with children. In summer there is a surf school. Nearby there are more beaches and a very famous bay with beautiful natural dunes.
