Great spot, convenient to west side of Chicago. We attended a conference at the Renaissance convention center, and it was a fantastic location. Good food nearby. We'd definitely stay again. Very responsive host.

I had a great stay here! It’s located about an hour’s drive from the downtown area — far enough to enjoy a peaceful environment, yet still accessible. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and fully furnished, just as shown in the pictures. The management team was very responsive and quick to address any requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay away from the city hustle.

Fun place in nice neighborhood

Super convenient for a stay in the burbs. Loved the house and all the little extras - and my daughter was very happy with the "pink" room. Host is very responsive and friendly as well.

This is a great home in quiet suburban Schaumburg. Convenient location and great amenities. As we traveled with dogs, it was especially great that the yard is fenced in and has a dog poop station complete with baggies - like the best of dog parks! And the kitchen was well stocked, especially with many options for making coffee (we opted for the easy Keurig! lol). There were even muffin pans for those that might enjoy baking in their time away from home. The home is also well baby proofed with plug covers and cabinet corner protectors, which I know would be appreciated by many. Overall a great home away from home!

Perfect gathering place

My daughters and granddaughter flew in from Kentucky and LA and we spent 3 days together. The kitchen has all you need for making meals. We loved having the stroller and child toys at the house for us to use. Great location! Quiet neighborhood.

Jacob was the best host! He was extremely responsive along with excellent communication. The decor was great and with such a Chicago vibe. Very creative and it is obvious a great deal of thought was put into it. The neighborhood and location was perfect. The check in process was very easy and straight forward with great details provided ahead of time.

Very nice accommodations and great location!

Very easy check in , good beds/pillows, and well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would recommend is a wall mirror in every bedroom. Or a door mirror like in the master bedroom would suffice. Other than that, it is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would recommend this house to my friends and family.

Family trip to Chicago area

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our family. Jacob answered questions very quickly and followed up on us settling into the property. All kitchen items were easy to find and washer/dryer were large and easy to use. A variety of stores and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed our time in Schaumburg!

Perfect Place and Host!

Highly recommend! This home is incredibly well thought out, making it such a comfortable place to stay. We were here almost three weeks and couldn’t have been happier. Jacob was a very thoughtful and communicative host. The beds/pillows are so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Has a nice backyard with a great seating area. You can tell they take pride in their home and creating a comfortable space for others.

Family Visit

We came to visit my son, his girlfriend and roommate. We had a blast with them. Cooked great food and enjoyed how close everything was to us. Truly felt like home. I loved the neighborhood and backyard was extremely chill. The neighbors were super nice. Jacob was responsive and beyond accommodating. We will definitely rebook this home when we come back.

Bittersweet goodbyes to older relatives

We went to Chicago to visit ailing relatives. My mother is 84 and us siblings are between 56 and 64. The house was a wonderful place to diffuse, rest and gather our thoughts.

Would Definitely Stay Again

We travelled here for a family event and the house was perfect for our needs with a little one. Not having to worry about packing a high chair, pack and play, stroller etc helps so much and has become a necessary requirement for traveling. The outdoor space was great and the house was clean and spacious. We did have a bit of an issue with cell phone service, but not necessarily something that would be because of the home more so our own cell phone service provider.

Wonderful VRBO!!!

My adult family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location and nice neighborhood. Any store you need is nearby. The highways are also very close for driving to the city or airport. The home was clean, cozy, and accommodated five adults perfectly. The backyard was awesome also. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee on the covered patio. It was very peaceful the whole time we were there. Jacob, the owner, was very sweet and accommodating with our requests.

Nice stay

Nice house, comfy beds, mostly clean except a few random long black hairs in the bathroom (im blonde so I know it wasn’t mine )Only complaint the thermostat. I’m fairly certain it was locked, until I messaged the host. Then the temp improved. But overall good

Super cute and cozy

Adorable house in a very nice neighborhood. Check in and out process was super easy and quick. Jacob is very responsive to any messages sent. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. The house has everything, even down to the kid friendly corner covers for pointy edges on the furniture. The back yard has toys for the kids, a fire pit and a patio set. There was even an umbrella stroller and pack and play in the closet. The decor was spot on and my Chicago cousins right away knew the colors symbolized the train routes. We will definitely be staying again! Thanks for letting us stay at your house. It's beautiful 😍

Just as cute as pictured, great for groups and families, and very responsive owner

Home is exactly as described and pictured; it is well decorated, inviting, and comfortable. Setup was perfect for our girls weekend, with plenty of seating for dinner and movie night, as well as bed space. Also appears to be very family/child friendly, as corner protectors are on all furniture, and plenty of kids toys/items are available. The only glitch was that it was the first cold night of the year, and as the first tenants to turn on the heat, we discovered that it wasn't working. Jacob was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and worked quickly to get us a temporary fix until maintenance came the next day. We were all very happy with the experience and would 10/10 recommend.

Brothers memorial celebration

Interesting: combination 60s and hi-tech. Tech aspect and operational easiness not good for us. We did okay, but did not record anything for Tic Tok.🙃 Beds and linens were fantastic. Please upgrade the quality of toilet paper...we might as well have had none. Accidently booked in a neighborhood where there were 3 close neighbors we knew. All 3 through the backyard to Emerson. I would say that the home needs some ugrades. Especially, the bedroom carpets. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you for the message. We value your feedback. The carpets were installed about a year ago we also upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms and added the pergola. We will look at what other upgrades we can make. Good to note. Also, I understand the tech part not being as straightforward. We try to automate some of the processes for guest convenience for check-in and toilet paper; duly noted we will add several types for tushy preferences 😊
