Family Friendly home/neighborhood! Cozy, Comfortable, Peaceful & Very Clean!

* 4 bedrooms/2 full Bath home (Sleeps 8) in family friendly neighborhood yet close to town, shopping, restaurants and other tourist locations.

Rental comes with Private Beach Access to Old Colony Beach. Public Access to Soundview Beach/Pavilion.

* Outside, enjoy the private yard/back Deck with patio table, chairs and gas BBQ. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars.

*Outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach with both hot & cold water.

* Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen w/gas stove. There is a washing machine & dryer for guest use.

*The 4 Bedrooms are all provided with bed linens (Mattress protectors, sheets (fitted/ flat, pillows, pillowcases/protectors, blankets and quilts.) The Main Floor Bedrooms offer Queen size beds. The 3rd Bedroom upstairs offers a double bed and Bedroom 4 upstairs offers 1 double bed + 1 twin.

Each bathroom comes w/towels, toilet paper, kleenex, extra trash bags.

*The Kitchen is fully equipped with dish & hand soap, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, serving utensils, BBQ set, dishes, coffee mugs, coffee maker & pods, toaster, microwave, blender, microwave, fridge/ freezer. Kids plates, cups/utensils. Basic pantry items: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, tea and coffee, plastic bags, foil/plastic wrap, to-go containers, waffle iron. Extra trash bags, paper towels, Dry rack for dishes located under sink w/dryer mat.

*The front porch is a great place to relax in the AM w/your morning coffee and watch the sunrise and listen to the seagulls fly by. Enjoy time with family/friends around the table/chairs, w/board games, puzzles, books/magazines or simply enjoying a glass of wine or margaritas in the PM.

* The back patio is furnished w/patio table/chairs that can seat up to 8 people. Patio umbrella, and gas BBQ with BBQ utensils. extra chairs in shed w/extra propane tanks.

* Tech wise the home has WIFI with Smart TV in each room. TVs are ready for your apps/ streaming services (don’t forget your passwords!)

*The home is equipped with a front door smart home passcode entry lock for easy keyless access & security. Property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.

*Rental includes: 2 beach coolers, beach towels/chairs, beach umbrellas, sand mats, 3 beach carts, kid toys/floaties (all stored in the shed).

Here are a few key items to make sure your Vacation is what you expect!
* Since this is a fun and quiet family neighborhood, we cannot accommodate large parties/ groups under age 21. Please enjoy the deck, backyard, but outdoor activities should be kept quiet after 10 pm.

*Since this is our beach home, we expect guests who stay, to treat it with respect and care. Any damage or stolen items will be charged to the guest.

*Events are limited to 10 total attendees, including the guests in the home.

*There is no smoking/ vaping of any kind in the house or anywhere on the property please. Evidence of any form of smoking may result in immediate eviction and an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

*Standard Check in is between 9:00am-Noon with Check out by 9:00am

If we can accommodate an early check in or late check out we will let you know, but we cannot guarantee it as there may be guests leaving/ arriving before or after you and the cleaners need time to prepare the home to be in tip top shape for other guests as well as for you!

*Though there is a cleaning service, we kindly request you leave the home in the condition/ cleanliness you found it. The home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and restocked for every guest. Put any items back if they were moved.
