As you enter the spacious living area, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sleek, wall-mounted 65" smart TV (no cable), perfectly positioned for optimal viewing from any angle. The room is filled with plush, sectional sofas in neutral tones, inviting you to sink in and relax. The walls are adorned with vibrant paintings, adding a pop of color and personality to the space. Just beyond the living area, a simple but wide dining table for six beckons is perfect for gathering around and sharing meals with loved ones.

The open layout creates a seamless flow between spaces, making it ideal for socializing and entertaining. Comfort comes standard in our home with rich hardwood flooring throughout the house. Tall and wide windows flood the space with natural light.

With two full bathrooms and one half-bath, everyone has plenty of space to keep up with early morning routines before stepping outside to explore Fredericksburg. Extra towels and bedding are provided and washed at high temperatures.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with feather-soft pillows and linens, a fully tiled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a niche, a glass door, twin quartz vanities, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. Our high-quality memory foam mattresses in all rooms ensure a blissful sleep for our guests. All rooms have ceiling fans, full-size mirrors, luggage racks, and closets. Plus, a wall-mounted smart TV ( in the living area and two rooms).

Located on the main floor is a remote workstation with dual monitors, the fastest high-speed Wi-Fi that can accommodate multiple devices, a backup LTE 4G hotspot device in case of an internet outage. The vast backyard has a deck with a dining table, chairs, and an umbrella for outdoor relaxation and dining.
