Immaculately clean, perfectly located within walking distance from so many points of interest and restaurants. Condo has everything you need, and the rooftop terrace and pool is the cherry on the sundae.

First class condo. Cozy and impeccably clean. Great lighting in all rooms, loved the marble flooring, bedroom was very comfortable and rainfall shower was lovely. Lots of sunlight. The bar on the rooftop was a bonus. Great pool. My wife did miss the full length mirror. But you can’t have everything.

The staff at D’esire was wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The condo itself was exactly as described. It was comfortable and stylish. Everything worked well. The rooftop pool was a lovely place to spend time. The location of the condo was perfect. Everything was easily walkable. Communication with both the owner and the manager was easy.

Great Location and Newer Property

This was our first time staying here and found it in immaculate condition and the rooftop pool area was fantastic! Luis was the property manager and was very helpful and very responsive! We recommend this condo highly!

The amenities at this property are spectacular. The pool is incredible and the condo itself is a great vacation rental. The shower and washer/dryer are wonderfully convenient. It’s also close to two grocery stores and the heart of Zona Romántica. Luis and Jorge (the front desk coordinators) are really wonderful too. We are looking forward to coming back.

Perfect stay for a couple

Nicely decorated one bedroom apartment. Well stocked kitchen and modern appliances like washer/dryer. Location was perfect for exploring Zona Romantica. Super friendly staff in reception and pool. There is no couch, and the bedroom window facing the common corridor, which didn't really bother us.

Thank you for your nice review. Since you left, we added a couch to the unit, on top of the two armchairs in the living room. The photos will be updated in June, when I am in PV. And we also added a full wall of blackout curtains in the bedroom. It looks good ! We hope to see you again so you can see these improvements !

Very pleased

The condo was a great place to spend the weekend. We give it high marks for cleanliness, comfort and location. The roof level pool has a remarkable city and ocean view. Other than construction noise which is annoying but unavoidable we totally enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay in Emiliano Zapata

We enjoyed our stay of 1 week at this modern apartment in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The unit stays comfortable during the day and there are shades for dimming the afternoon sunshine. The bedroom is very quiet and located away from the ambient sounds of the city. The property manager was always available if we had any questions. The pool area and the views are beautiful.

The rental was fantastic!

The building staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the items in the unit were useful — coffee, dishes, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. I wish there had been a deadbolt on the door to the unit. The single lock wasn’t very substantial and couldn’t be checked from the inside. Our stay was enjoyable. The location is great and rooftop view and pool were beautiful!

Wonderful condo in the heart of old PV

We had a great stay in this condo! You are in the heart of Zona Romantica. The roof top pool area is amazing! Luis was great to deal with. There’s a great market right around the corner and a brew pub on the corner. Bus stop nearby. Condo was clean and had the basics. My only complaint was the bed. It’s really firm and seemed small for a queen but we managed fine for two weeks and would love to go back!

Seniors 10 day stay, loved it!

My husband and I loved this beautifully decorated unit! It had everything we would need and more! We loved the floor to ceiling windows that opened onto the long balcony, the keyless entry, the wonderful 6 burner fas stove with large oven (we did most of our own cooking), the huge amazing pool with LOTS of seating area, and its location…in the center of old town. Surprisingly it was very quiet at night so we had good restful sleeps. Luis the unit manager was excellent and attentive to any inquiry or request. Special shout out to Luis (another Luis) and Albert on front desk. We sure hope to return next year! N & B
