Luxurious Muskegon River Getaway

This luxurious homestead located right on the Muskegon River is the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends wanting to kick back, relax, and have some fun. The location has 6 lots of space with plenty of room for opportunity.

This homestead accommodates anywhere between 4-12 guests.
I have plenty of kayaks available for use as well

*There is high speed WiFi available.
**The boat launch is directly one home over to the left of the house

The guests are welcome to use any of the top-of-the-line GE kitchen appliances.
As well as any pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, ect.

Wash any clothes/towels ect in my top-of-the-line GE Frontload washer & dryer.
Feel free to use the TV, any blankets / pillows available.
You may enter any room in the house except my bedroom which will be locked.

In case of a question or emergency, I am easily and readily available at just a phone call or text to my personal cellphone.
Messaging me through the VRBO app is applicable as well.

This place is meant for a great gathering of friends and family. Whether kicking the heals up or just for a relaxing getaway I expect respect through and though.

Please respect the homestead as if it were your own.
The guest is expected to clean up after oneself and at the end of their stay, to place any trash bags tied and just outside the home. When parking, I please ask that you park in front of the home in the driveway and across the street in front of the garage. Please do not park in the grass as it destroys the sprinklers of my home. Thank you for adhering to this request.
