Beautiful home for an amazing trip

The property itself was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect! Close to several fun locations, restaurants, bars, and the fire island ferries! The entire house was beautiful and was exactly what we were expecting. My friends and I had a great time! We would absolutely come back here for our next trip to Long Island!

Met my expectations and my needs

I booked this property for my family who were visiting to celebrate my 70th birthday. I live in Patchogue Village. My family was close enough to visit for their stay and also travel by train to Manhatten.I will keep this place in mind for future friends and family visits.

Other than the strong smell from pet urine in the property, it was a nice stay. I would recommend stopping for any paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. on the way in as those were not in the home. There were only 2 bath towels in the bathroom to use so we had to wash what was previously left in the washing machine upon arrival. Great location to dining (definitely check out the bagel shop close by with the buy a dozen, get a dozen!), and convenient to family in Medford! Pleasant host!

Perfect Location for Visit to Long Island

Benny does a great job with this property, communicates well, and is easy to deal with. It's cute, comfortable, and easily accessible to both the North and South Shore. Everything you could want (e.g., Starbucks!) is close by, and it was perfect for our needs--which included traveling the entire width of the Island, from Robert Moses beach to Setauket. Pool table provided a great off-screen distraction for the teens. Highly recommend.

Very homey

Visited for my brother’s wedding, and had 3 couples stay. It was very cozy and met all of our needs. Also very close to the deli and bagel place! (A need for NY). House was very clean and comfortable! Would 100% stay again

Decent but could use some improvement

Overall the house is pretty good but could use a few improvements. Nice kitchen , but had a broken cabinet front. Didn't cause us an issue though. Water filter didn't work. Codfee maker was not clean so we didn't b use it. The bathroom shower needs to have leak from the shower door fixed, new caulk to replace moldy caulk. A few things like a table lamp instead of all overhead bright lights, (that's just preferable but the cans are super white and bright) rearrange the bedrooms so there can be at least one night stand in 2 of the rooms. It took a while to get info on check in but once we did Bennie was quick to respond to questions. The location was close for our family gathering so might stay again if needed.

Clean, updated, great value

While the outside of this property could use a little TLC, what matters is the inside. It is clean, comfortable and updated. Good location--walking distance to some restaurants and shopping, not far from the coast. The owner/manager was a good communicator and easy to work with.

Exceptional experience

A lovely home with all the amenities and more! We spent most our time out hustling around Long Island for our Family reunion, but it was so nice an refreshing to come back to a relaxed environment and peaceful neighborhood. I felt very safe and anything you could need was in walking distance of you needed. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Our stay

Benny was very responsive and the house was as described. The only suggestion would be to have a set of directions for each TV for those of us who are not so tech savvy when there is no cable provider which our family is used to. It would also be nice to label light switches in living room and dining area I have no other suggestion. Our stay at Benny’s home was convenient to our family who lives in Holbrook. Just about a mile and a half away. We will keep Benny in mind for our future needs
