Enjoy this fresh and spacious studio with a coastal look that will make you feel like your vacation started as soon as you open the door. Relax on our king-size bed with a comfy mattress to help you get a great night's sleep. Nice and big windows to let the Florida sunshine in, but our awesome blackout curtains will help you sleep late! Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Everyone is welcome to our beach retreat and we hope that you will love it too! The studio has all you need to spend some time in beautiful Miami. Centrally located 4 blocks from the famous Calle Ocho and the best of Coral Gables! Just 5 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 from South Beach and Coconut Grove. There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy king-size bed, bath, and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable. Waking closet. Desk/office. Washer and dryer right in the building. One designated free specious parking spot. Keyless doors! Self-check-in! The laundry is complimentary, it is right outside the studio. Just bring your favorite detergent. Parking is at the extreme right end of the property, on the grass, in front of the BLUE large planter. There is no access to the main house pool. Guests have access to a shared patio with another studio, as shown in the pictures. We will always be available to help you with anything you may need. You can text us. Both of our cellphones will be revealed once the reservation is complete. If we are unavailable, we will leave someone we trust that will be happy to help you. This area is really safe and quiet and you can walk for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next door drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. I also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, or sitting to read and drink a café cubano! You can rent a car from the Miami Airport, walk to 8th Street to take a bus. Uber, Lyft and bike rentals around the city are also available and so convenient! This is a spacious house. We rent the main house, which is situated in the center. On each side of the house, there are two studios, each with its own private entrance. There are no shared spaces. All the images you see in the studio listing are exclusive to the respective studio. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $200 applies for post-surgery stays, along with a cleaning fee for stays of 14 days or longer.

My experience

First, when I booked this VRBO, the owner messaged me asking if I was having cosmetic surgery. When I replied yes, she acted as if she didnt want to host me. She then sent me a list of items I need to bring of my own (towels, wash clothes, mattress cover, pillow covers, etc) so I wouldn't dirty hers. I assured her, I am a nurse and I wouldn't damage her items. I also informed her if she wanted me to book somewhere else, I would!When we arrived, we had no issues with check-in. The door and gate codes were sent to us prior to check-in. The VRBO looked clean upon arriving. However, we had an abundance of roaches in the kitchen. I messaged the owner, they stated they would send someone out to spray, we never seen anyone come spray! My husband had to buy roach spray and spray himself! We had to buy storage bags to keep all of food in and we could leave anything in the kitchen. I took pictures, however I cant upload them to this review, or I would! Also, the air unit mounted to the wall leaked water the entire stay! We had to place a mop bucket under the unit to catch the water and we still had to clean water up from the floor the entire stay. So at night, we had to hear water dropping in the mop bucket all night! Plus, we were emptying the mop bucket often. I will not stay here for my next surgery, and I'm very disappointed to spend the money I did, to stay here!
