In addition to offering access to great swimming, kayaking, fishing, and picnicking on the pond, this quiet neighborhood is convenient to a host of local attractions. You'll be a short drive from a number of museums, beautiful beaches, Mashpee Commons, golf courses, and nature preserves.

Inside, this air-conditioned home is open, sunny, and thoughtfully furnished, with the main living area on the middle of the three floors. There's a formal living room illuminated by a large window, an adjacent dining room, and sliding doors that lead outside to an expansive, tree-lined deck. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a wine fridge), opening to a breakfast bar for four and a den with a flatscreen TV.

In the evenings, retreat downstairs to the finished, walk-out basement, where you'll find a comfortable sectional sofa, another TV, a table that's perfect for board games, a desk workspace, and a cozy bunk nook. The three bedrooms, meanwhile, are upstairs on the third floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
