Broadway, one of the neighborhood's main thoroughfares, is lined with Ethiopian, French, Italian, Japanese, and Thai restaurants. The bar scene includes everything from old-fashioned taverns like Hopleaf to craft cocktail bars. The Metro's Red Line serves Edgewater, and residents can also use CTA buses to get around.
