The space
✧ The chalet has 4 bedrooms. The first on the ground floor offers a queen bed, the second is open on the mezzanine and contains a double bed, the third contains 2 double bunk beds and the fourth in the basement contains two single bunk beds.

✧ The living room has a large sectional, as well as a television with Xbox and the wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining table can accommodate 8 guests for your family meals.

✧ The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals like at home. This contains the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, as well as essentials (salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, etc.).

✧ There is a bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom on the mezzanine containing a bath-shower as well as a second full bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

✧ From the basement, the sliding door leads directly to the spa, which is open year round. On the ground there is also a fire area where you can make campfires. A small path leads to our private beach on Petit Lac Gérard, one minute from the chalet.
Guest access
✦ You will have access to the entire property in complete privacy.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!


Other things to note

• Rules for Dog Friendly:

CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*WATER*
The water is drinkable, but may appear a little cloudy and give off a faint odor. We recommend that you bring your own water if you think guests may be sensitive to the clarity and smell of drinking water.

*TV*
We have a TV in the unit but do not offer cable channel. There is an Xbox if you want to watch DVDs or connect to your Netflix account.

* FIREPLACE / LOGS *
There is an outdoor fire pit at your disposal. I will provide you with some logs for your stay. If you want more, you can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
