Entspannen Sie sich und fühlen Sie die Ruhe, die dieser luftigen 3.000 sq. Ft. Mountaintop Privathaus zu bieten hat. Das Hotel liegt im südlichen Teil von Rincon, diese warme und einladende Villa hat einen spektakulären Blick für 360 Grad von der Karibik. Im Osten liegt die Fortsetzung der kleinen tropischen Bergkette, auf dem unsere Villa befindet, und im Westen liegt das Karibische Meer, mit Desecheo in klare Sicht.

Stellen Sie sich auf zwei Ebenen der großen Balkonen und 1500 sq. Ft. Von Veranden und nehmen den Duft der Luft sauber Berg, während auf den Chirp der Coqui Frösche hören, oder der Klang der regen schlagen die Bananenbaumblätter. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen am Morgen, tagsüber in der Sonne auf unserer offenen Veranda entspannen, beobachten Sie die Sonne über dem Meer am Abend eingestellt, und schauen Sie den schönsten Blick auf den Nachthimmel zu sehen, die Rincon hat anbieten.

Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist geräumig und luftig. Öffnen Sie die Fenster und lassen Sie die Passatwinde fegen durch sanft. Das Meer kann aus dem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche zu sehen. Wifi-Internet-Service und ein 52 "Flatscreen-TV im Wohnzimmer. Bad und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sind ebenfalls auf dieser Etage. Gehen Sie die schön geschmückte Treppe in den unteren Stock, wo zwei Schlafzimmer-Suiten, jeweils mit Doppelbetten und ihre eigenen daybeds (zwei Betten), befinden. Die Queen-Betten sind auf einer eingelegten Plattform, so dass der Gast das Meer sehen können, während im Bett durch Französisch Türen ruhen. Komplettes Badezimmer, mit Blick in Dusche ist ebenfalls auf dieser Etage. Veranda ist von beiden Schlafzimmern.

Unsere Villa ist 5 Minuten Fahrt zu den Stränden, Restaurants und Bars, und befindet sich in einer sicheren Umgebung befinden. Flughäfen in der Nähe und die wichtigsten Städte sind Aquadilla (30 Minuten), Guez (20 Minuten) Ponce (1 Stunde) und San Juan (2 Stunden). Die Stadt Guez und alle sie zu bieten hat, ist in der Nähe. Surfen und Schnorcheln Strände sind 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Ausgezeichnete Handy-Empfang.

Absolutely breathtaking!! The balcony view was incredible! Everything was just as described it would be and so much more. The host, Popo, was excellent and so attentive to our every need. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to taste a little but of the island. The owner was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking and going well. We honestly could not have asked for more. This airb&b far exceeded our expectations. The home was welcoming, beautiful, and unique with its gorgeous decor and wall paintings. We hope to visit again!!

This property was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing. We had wonderful time relaxing out on the patio and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We were about 5-10 minutes from some local restaurants and around 20 minutes from the beaches.

The villa is perfect in every expext. Beautiful view, spacious, cozy. Popo is so sweet. He even brought us bread and fruits for breakfast saving a trip to drive down the windy road to find a market.

This house was absolutely stunning! Maria and popo are the absolute best and so easy to get ahold of! The house is on the mountain so beautiful views. the drive up to the house is about 8minutes from down town. The drive is kind of difficult and can be scary! But after a few times driving it, it got much easier! But 100% worth it!

Fabulous!!!

Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

Palace on the Hill

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

Amazing house with the best views and close to town.

The house is amazing; the pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing, even better than the photos suggest. We thouroughly enjoyed our time on the mountain and only wish that we had stayed longer. Maria was an excellent host with fabulous taste in decorations and art throughout the house. We hope to return later in the year.

It has a spectacular view and is in a quiet place. Super equipped, it has everything you need to spend a good time with family, friends or whoever you want to go with. Fantastic View/Location!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

SPECTACULAR HOUSE AND VIEWS

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

The house and property are beautiful, and the view is amazing. Short drive to the town and beach. Highly recommended. One note: those unfamiliar or uncomfortable with "mountain driving" may be put off by the narrow road, inclines, and hairpin turns. We did find a slightly longer route to/from town that allowed us to avoid the sharpest turn.

Rincon Mountain View Villa

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

AGREE.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can’t stop bragging about how wonderful time we had at this Amazing property, specious, tastefully decorated and it’s one of our favorite family vacation rentals by far. My husband, 2 adults daughters and I had an amazing experience staying in here with spectacular view of sea, watching sunset from the balcony, sounds of nature in the morning, our favorite time..The kitchen well stocked with every we needed. The rides up the hill add to the fun you will have at this beautiful house.The owner one of the best host we have met, was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for accommodating our early check in and late check out and appreciate your friendship Maria! And Popo is so sweet, brought lots of goodies for us. Thank you guys..Cant wait to come back for a girlfriends gateway!

We will be back!

The ride up to the property, like all drives in the hills of Puerto Rico, could be a little tricky – but once you knew where you were going it was no big deal. The house was as advertised, the outdoor space especially was fantastic. The Hot Tub for cool plunges during the day or warm relaxing during the evening was perfect, and of course, the views – the unbelievable panoramic views of Rincon, and the ocean all the way from the north side Sandy Beach area down to Stella. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent a month, so we used the kitchen, grill and laundry many times. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions as was Popo who brought us delicious bananas. Just sitting on the veranda watching the hawks, doves and other birds swoop around was a joy. You also get an occasional visit from a chicken, lizard or coqui, which kept our little dog very entertained. We will certainly be back, we already miss it.
