Ortley Beach!Views & Location!!!Newly renovated Bayfront Paradise!

Hi Dana, I am very sorry you were disappointed in your stay. We have had excellent reviews and pride ourselves on trying to go above and beyond to accommodate out guests in every way. The top floor 1/2 bath cabinet door and faucet were broken by another guest. the sink was still able to be used. Unfortunately we were not notified by the prior renter or our cleaning team about as we were away the week before and I did not inspect the home myself. It was fixed immediately after you left. if you would not have minded the interruption I would have had someone come over immediately to fix it, as we do with any issue that may arise. The kitchen sink was not broken. The tip of the faucet head itself pulls out as a flexible hose. If you push it back in it stays. This did not impede the functionality of the sink in any way. The house has never in 4 years of renting been accused of not be clean. As a matter of fact quite the opposite. I am sorry that happened to you, If you felt that it was not cleaned and told me, I would have been happy and insisted on sending the cleaning crew over immediately to fix that , they are payed quite well to clean weekly. That is completely unacceptable.
