Exterior features include a relaxing lounge area, large soft spa, stainless steel BBQ and outside dining. Enjoy all of Havasu's events and festivals with the convenience of complimentary beach chairs, towels and ice chest! Venture inside to a tastefully decorated 440 sq.ft. studio style casita. Intimate in scale yet creating an ambiance that will impress. A tempurpedic queen size bed with upgraded linens. The casita's lounge features a full size suede sofa and large wall mounted Smart TV with complimentary apps such as Netflix and Hulu. Prepare gourmet meals in this spacious full-sized kitchen! Equipped with all your cooking, baking and dining needs. The sleek bathroom ensuite features a large walk-in shower with Dove bath products. Enjoy the laid-back setting and tranquility this property has to offer.

*** It is important to know that the property is a 10 minute drive to the center of town, also known as "Havasu's Tourist Hub". Nothing is within walking distance, you will need a car or cab to get around. ***

🛖 CASITA 🛖
The Casita is on shared property with the main house. The homeowner resides in the main house but will never disturb guests as we want visitors to enjoy the space privately (unless emergency circumstances occur). The homeowner has a separate yard and enjoys it privately. There is a shared structured wall between the home and Casita. All walls are double insulated for noise control which seems to do just fine. Even though it is a home and small unit on one property, the level of privacy is very ideal for both parties, everyone can enjoy their solitude.

Please help keep an eye on the spa's well being. If in need of service please contact me immediately. Do not wait. We want you and our future guests to be able to have a clean and functioning spa upon arrival and throughout the stay. The spa is serviced after every guest check-out. To help maintain clarity and cleanliness, please shower before entering.

Complimentary propane will be provided to our guests. Please use propane responsibly and always turn the burners off and the gas valve to "close" position when done grilling.

You will have one dedicated parking spot and trailer parking is available. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and most of the neighbors are full time residents.
