There is a resident great horned owl that loves to hang out just outside this newly built luxury property surrounded by free-roaming elk, and panoramic views of the Elk Refuge which is a true national wildlife haven. Beaver’s lodge is a brand new modern 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom  signature townhome with a 1 car garage. Located in downtown Jackson which is a gateway to two stunning national parks offering year-round activities such as a hiking, biking in the summer and skiing, snowmobiling and many other winter activities. Our location is perfect for family day trips to Grand Teton National Park. Take the shuttle boat across Jenny Lake for a beautiful day hike up to a waterfall.

Beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished, soothing neutral shades complement warm white oak floors with the space and privacy you deserve. The first floor living area features 12-foot vaulted ceilings with queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with in-floor heating, and a convenient walk-in closet. A large washer / dryer room, powder room and single car garage are located on the first floor.


Elevate your mood in the great room with 12-foot vaulted ceilings featuring a massive custom Pompeii quartz island that and includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, an ample wine cooler, gas fireplace and white oak flooring. A large wet bar spans the length of the great room, perfect for relaxing with friends with in-drawer refrigerators, sink and custom ice maker. The living room area features a spacious sectional and chairs facing a floor to ceiling custom gas fireplace and 4k entertainment center. A deck with sweeping views of the Elk Refuge sits adjacent to the living room.


Heat up the BBQ under the brilliant Wyoming sky and watch the stars come out, there are a numerous ways create memorable experiences.  Unwind in the summer and splurge on a day trip fly fishing; and fall sleep to the memory of the sparkling Snake River, the spirit of the west. The primary bedroom features 12-foot vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, and a private deck with commanding views of the wetlands and Elk Refuge. An oversized rain shower and double sinks are in the ensuite bathroom with radiant heat. A beautifully designed walk-in closet is the perfect finishing touch.

Listen for the great horned owls “hoot hoot” at night.  The upstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub/shower. Construction for the 3rd and 4th townhomes will be ongoing to the west until 2023.

** Our rates are discounted as much as 30% during the off season which provides a steep discount for Jackson Hole when the streets are less crowded and there are no traffic lines! The beauty and scenery stay the same.  April and May are the perfect time of year to drive around in search of newborn baby animals. In October and November, males are in full rut vying for their female consorts and are easy to spot. Bears are also abundant during this time fattening up for the winter.
