As we discussed during your stay, this was an unwanted situation that we had to address immediately due to the issue. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Entering the home due to the water issue was an unfortunate necessity to prevent further damage and I understand that this may have disrupted your comfort and privacy. The property is listed as both a 3-bedroom and 6-bedroom to accommodate different group sizes. This allows us to offer flexible pricing and arrangements for smaller or larger groups. We make sure to include this information clearly in the listing details to avoid any confusion. I apologize if this wasn't clear to you during the booking process. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we are always here to address any questions or concerns. Please know that we always strive to maintain the highest standards of guest experience, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. I hope you can accept our apologies. Thank you for your understanding.
