Cozy log lake cottage (Sleeps 6), No pet fee.

Pet friendly lake cottage, sleeps 6. The cozy log house is located one minute walk from the Lake Wallkill white sand beach and emerald water. At your disposal are 2 single kayaks and a 13 foot long paddle board. The cottage features two bedrooms with each a queen bed and two twin XL sofa-beds with traditional confortable mattresses (not futon) in the living room. The garden is fenced with a flex fence. There is a 5/7 persons hot tub on the patio and a fire pit/grill with a tripod for grilling/cooking or just roast marshmallows. Each room of the house has AC and heating and each bedroom has an electric fireplace. There is a European wood stove in the converted fireplace in the living room. Firewood is provided for 2 days.
There is a tv in the living room and another tv in one of the bedrooms upstair. The kitchen is fully equipped but has no dishwasher. The kitchen/dining table accommodates comfortably 4 to 6 guests with the leaf extension at your disposal.
There is one full bathroom with shower (wide oxygenated rain shower head).
You have access to a tennis and basketball courts located at 1 minute walk to the cottage.
You will have to obey the community common sense rules (speed limit, wear your badge etc.)
We love animals and believe they also deserve holidays so there is no pet fee.
Crystal Spring resort and Mountain creek complex (biking, water park, pools, skiing, golf) is five minutes away. Enjoy the farms, the ridding stables, the wineries and the Appalachian trail.
