This was a great place to stay at an amazingly fair price and the host was the best host I have ever had. I will definitely be returning if I am in the area again!

Great spot! Convenient to the train. Quiet neighborhood. felt very safe. I work from home and the WiFi was great. Parking was easy and right next to the building. Would recommend. Home was well equipped with what was needed. Host went above and beyond by providing some toiletries and some tea. I was ill when I arrived, so the tea was such a pleasant and helpful surprise.

Great value

This unit was recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings. There was everything you’d need to spend a while there! I was there over a month. It’s a block from the light rail that runs from Sea-Tac airport to the city of Seattle. This area is under a lot of development and is a busy place but I felt safe here. The neighbors can be loud and some had some less desirable hobbies, but the hosts were very willing to solve issues. The deck outside was nice with a view of a nice little yard space. There is a nice breeze at night with the windows open. This space is a little aged, but it’s a great value. There was an old kind of smell, but the hosts reimbursed for air fresheners, which helped quite a lot.

I wished you accepted our offers to provide you a complementary professional deep clean while you were visiting. We have never had these complaints in the past. We have a 5 star average on AirBNB with over 25 stays. We take pride in our service. We have since made improvements to the apartment.
