Enjoy the brand new interior of this 5 bedroom Sunriver house. Located on the 6th hole of the Woodlands golf course savor your morning coffee as you look out over the greens. Located on a quiet street on the edge of Sunriver Resort enjoy hikes and bike riding through the vast Sunriver trails or venture onto the neighboring public land.
Enjoy a large chefs kitchen with a Dacor range and two dishwashers. Or, take advantage of the oversized island to spread out take-out on if you don't want to cook!
5 well appointed bedrooms and 4 full baths have enough space for everyone. Pool table, poker table and a hot tub on an expansive deck help round out your stay. Did you drive your Tesla? There is a charger in the garage for you to power up! 8 SHARC passes are included for you to enjoy.

Siblings Gathering

8 of us stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute! The house is beautiful, offers lots of space, and is in a great location. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that the house exceeded expectations. Will definitely be back!

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family! We have a variety of all ages and it met everyone’s needs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need! Will definitely stay here again!

Room for Large Family

Great place to stay for a large family, and beautiful! Plenty of space to spread out, played many games of pool and cards, then relaxed in hot tub at night. The house had everything to bake and cook, down to the kitchen aide mixer. We will stay there again…Fast response from owner.

Great place for friends’ gathering

Home is lovely. Lots of space for visiting or quiet time. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. House was spotless and updated. Easy communication. We used bbq on the deck. Weather was a little cold but still enjoyed the beautiful surroundings from the deck. Easy access to pickleball courts. Fabulous weekend!

Beautiful and spacious

What a perfect home for three generations to stay and play! This home is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the large gathering spaces for meals and games while having the option of quiet retreats to one of five bedrooms. Pool table and hot tub were icing on the cake!

Perfection

I looked long and hard for a place spacious enough to accommodate a family/friends get away. Luxury on the golf course blew me away with a perfect fit for our group. Separate spaces for kids and adults to play. A magnificent kitchen with lots of elbow space. And everything was clean, clean, clean. We're hoping for a repeat stay next year. Beautiful Home

I know pictures tell alot about a place but pictures really doesn't do this house justice. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful in pictures but it's even more spectacular in person. Jenny has thought of everything you could need as vacationers. Didn't miss a detail. Very responsive and thoughtful. Definitely will stay here again if I ever return to this side of the country.

Beautiful home!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! The pictures are great but the home is even more beautiful in person! Our host Jennifer was super quick with her communication and so nice. We are definitely planning on rebooking this house for our next Sunriver vacation. If I had to give any advice to the owners it would be to make the master bed a king instead of a queen. All beds are kings (which is amazing), but the master isn’t. Still a really great bed though.

Family Get-Together

My husband and I brought our four adult kids plus our grandson to Sunriver over Memorial Weekend. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or be together. Bathrooms were all so nice and easily accessible to all. The kitchen is THE BEST. We had five adults in there every night, prepping, cooking and cleaning. Awesome cooktop, two dishwashers and massive counter space. Extra fridge in the garage was a bonus. We had to rent bikes (not ideal bc the house is at the very north end - far from the Village), and if you want to play pickleball you need to bring your own gear. Also, there is a pool table in garage, but the pool sticks are in terrible shape. All in all everyone raved about the house.

Beautiful large house

Beautiful large house, the pictures don't show how large and open the space was. Loved that there was a huge 10 person dining table as well as breakfast nook and bar seating at the huge island.Also really appreciated the very large couches, ample seating in both upper level and lower level living rooms. So many times houses have a large number of bedrooms but then barely any way to all hang out in the common spaces. Not the case here. Very large TVs in both living rooms too, could easily have one living room for adults and one for kids.There are two bedrooms on first floor (one king and one queen - slightly odd that the queen bed was in the huge master bedroom with walk-in closet and on suite bath, and the king bed was in the much smaller bedroom with a shared hall bath). Huge living room and open floorplan dining room, breakfast nook, and huge kitchen with large island are on that same floor.Downstairs are three king bedrooms, one with attached bath, the other two share hallway bath. One of the bedrooms that share hallway bath also has the bunk beds. Between the lower level bedrooms is another large living room with plenty couch seating.The only thing missing from the house is the outdoor fireplace that is seen in the online photos. Also, the hot tub is not under a cover - it was raining the weekend we were there and we didn't use the hot tub for this reason.The property manager Jenny was super nice and prompt with responses.

Great spot for large family

This home was perfect for hosting our family of two teen boys. Both grandparents, my sister in laws family including adult daughter and boyfriend. We had plenty of room to spread out and be together when we wanted for games and meals. The main living space on entry floor is very open allowing us to spread between the small table in the breakfast area and the huge dining table that could hold between 10-12. Two of the downstairs bedrooms (the ones without the bunk beds) had twin pull out chair beds to accommodate extra sleepers. The kitchen was very well stocked: kitchenaid mixer, blender, both nonstick and stainless steel pan sets including two large stock pots, four sheet pans, two 12 cup regular muffin tins, two glass 9x13 cake pans, one large casserole dish and a full set of snapwear to manage leftovers during the week. There is a full size fridge in garage with the pull table along with small built ins on both the upper and lower porch so plenty of space to store food for a houseful of guests. Service for 16 in terms of dishes, glasses and flatwear. Extra plush blankets were in every closet along with 10-15 hangers. Owner was super responsive to questions and place was super clean. Overall this place ranks near top of rental places we’ve stayed over last 10 years and the price was amazing for what we got.

Perfect home for large family

As mentioned in another reivew, the pictures absolutely do not do the home justice. I was concerned about space because there were 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-16 and the property manager assured me the home was large and WOW was it! Not only was it large, it was updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and a full size fridge in the garage was so nice to have. One thing I didn't think about when renting was whether or not the home had AC. There were a couple other families with our group that rented homes in the area that did not have AC and it has HOT, while our house was cool and comfortable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this home to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay in Sunriver!

We absolutely loved this house. It is beautifully renovated. Spectacular! Super super clean and the layout was perfect for a large family. We were so so comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer. We were sad to leave!

Fantastic home!

We just stayed here over the weekend and it was beyond perfect. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful. And the home was everything you can imagine and more… the kitchen was fully stocked, I mean down to every utensil and item you could think of- they had it. The garage set up was a great hangout spot with so much to do. Already rebooking for the winter time.

Awesome property on a golf course. Saw a family of deer in the back yard. Everything is spacious and either new or renovated. Eight SHARC passes, kids really enjoyed the pools and slides. All rooms with king beds except the top master bedroom(?) - would probably suggest to the owners to move the queen bed to the room with bunk beds, and the king bed from there to the top master bedroom :). Overall, we loved it - we rent a home in Sunriver every year for a family trip, and this was definitely one of the best if not the best.
