Bad place to stay

The place is in a decent neighborhood but it is very croweded! As soon as we arrived there was roaches crawling all in the fridge. We had to fight to get a refund. I wouldnt recommended staying here

Jax Visit

Stayed with wife and dog - overall a very good experience. However, its important to inform that you are dealing with a property mgmt company - and that they require you to upload a photo ID as part of the overall approval process - not negotiable due to, in their words, security reasons. I have never had to do this before and still do not agree (I would think that renting through VRBO would apply some customer ID verification). While I had an issue with this requirement, I did proceed obviously and in short had a very nice time. The property is very well managed and nicely decorated - great location. As such, I recommend and may indeed return.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for recommending the home! We're glad you, your wife, and your pup enjoyed your stay and the location. We understand the ID verification process can feel unfamiliar — it’s simply an added security step to protect both our guests and property, especially with short-term rentals. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Jacksonville!
