Start your adventure in paradise at Happy HollyDay, an extraordinary home located in Seagrove Beach. A private pool and just off of 30A, this stunning retreat truly checks every box for the perfect luxury getaway!

Happy HollyDay is a magnificent home with seven bedrooms and eight and a half baths accommodating up to fourteen. Exquisite details, luxurious materials, and high-end furnishings are just the beginning in this stunning retreat built for relaxation. An expansive entertainment room overlooking a patio and private pool set the stage on the first floor. Two guest suites with en suite bathrooms, a guest suite with two full-sized beds, and a washer and dryer are added ground floor conveniences. The second floor showcases the master suite and a sprawling open-concept living/dining space. Lounge around after a dip in the pool, then prep snacks in the expansive kitchen outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and technology. The third floor is just as accommodating with an additional master suite, a lovely bunk room, and an expansive entertainment room with gorgeous views. The panoramic deck on the fourth floor is the ideal spot to unwind every evening. Whip up delicious libations at the outdoor bar and catch the sunset over 30A!

Although you'll have everything you need with two outdoor kitchens, a pool, and an artificial turf game area outside, be sure to venture out. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment nearby. Hop on bikes and head to the beach, do some shopping at Seaside, then finish with some dinner at Bud and Alley’s, Cafe Thirty-A, or the Perfect Pig!

Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Easter Break 2025

Beautiful home. Fantastic location. About a 10 min walk to Seaside town center. Public access to beach directly across the main strip. It was very quiet at night due to the teen curfew, so our teens hung out in the house. It was easy to accommodate our older teens upstairs and our younger teens on the basement level while the adults hung out on main. Pool is a nice size- very important to be heated bc it’s a shady pool (which was nice after getting sunburns on day 1 at the ocean). The management team is very responsive. We had a few minor issues but mgmt took care of it all right away. We would def stay here again.

Nice House, Needs Major Maintenance

We enjoyed our time at this property, but the home is in need of some major maintenance. The floor right by the dining room floor has completely buckled, making it a tripping hazard every time you walk by. The floors are in rough shape in general. The freezer was not working properly and was constantly beeping in the kitchen. The showers were either slow to drain or would not drain at all. The cold water didn't work at the kitchen sink. These were just a few of the many things that wasn't working properly. The house is in a very nice location, walkable to Seaside. The layout of the home is great for a large group. It was unfortunate the home hasn't been kept after better - it would be a great place to stay if it was properly taken care of.

Santa Rosa Fun!

The house was great, it was adequately stocked with most everything we needed though we stayed for a week and needed more laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, and toilet paper (which we brought). it was in great proximity to the local public grocery store as well as theSeaside downtown.My only two complaints were 1) The flooring in the kitchen was seriously bowed and proved to be a tripping hazard for all members of our family. This is dangerous and needs to be fixed immediately. There was no warning about the issue with the floor and furniture was not arranged in such a way as to conceal the issue and avoid the hazard. 2) the heating of the pool. Check in on day 1 in until 4pm and checkout on day 2 is at 10am yet I was required to pay for the heating of the pool on both days if I wanted it heated at all. This house is expensive enough without finding a way to squeeze more money out of the renters.

We survived Spring Break 2024

A flooded 1st floor bathroom and bedroom, a possible relocation due to said flood. SERVPRO to the rescue, but had to quarantine the area. A stuck elevator, a broken dishwasher, dryer issues, a broken TV on the main floor, shower issues, TV and mini fridge that never worked and lots of repairmen in our space. Scenic Stays never offered to help move, no compensation for dealing with all the house issues, nor did they ever apologize for any of the inconveniences we experienced! Their lack of communication, care, or concern is why I would never recommend renting from them again.

Best of the Best

We have stayed in a number of beach rentals in Seaside and Seagrove. This house was by far the Best: nice sized pool, massive kitchen, across the street from the beach, quiet neighborhood and bedrooms were perfect for our family of 10.
