Venture out to the city to find beach access right across the street, fantastic local eateries, seven golf courses within a five-mile radius, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions.

Inside you'll be stunned by the bright interior and natural light flooding the place. Indulge in a movie night on the TV above the fireplace, lounging about on the comfortable furniture and having great conversation. The chef of the group will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you could ever need. The main bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is for lounging and swimming only. Glass floats, rafts, and pool toys at or around pools and the hot tub are prohibited. Noise ordinance and pool hours are 11 pm to 9 am.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
