Very ok stay.

This listing is through a vacation rental company, Vacasa. They are very communicative via email and text, and have their own app. The property itself was just as described, very bare bones of essentials provided which was fine for our stay where we didn’t need much. It was clean enough, but the walls and tubs were a bit dirty and the sheets a bit scratchy.

Avoid this place...

Not a good experience at all. From the moment I arrived there were issues. First, the entry code I was emailed did not work, so I was on the phone with tech support for quite some time before it was resolved. This caused a loss of $76 in groceries that needed to be frozen and/or refrigerated (plus a second trip back to the grocery store! The two bedroom table lamps did not work at all (despite trying a different bulb in one of them). The lamp in the corner of the living room also did not function. It's like this place is a dumping ground for the owners' non-functioning junk. The stove light under the microwave also did not work. The dryer did not heat hardly at all and it took two full hour-long cycles to dry even a small load of clothing. The refrigerator had no ice maker. The bathrooms were dirty and the master bath had a lot of mold along the underside of a rim lining the tub/shower - clearly visible to the naked eye. There was also mold growing out from under a small towel rack that is on the sink - pretty disgusting. The dining room table hadn't been wiped down adequately - lots of dirty spots. The back porch area was dirty and hadn't been swept or vacuumed in some time - bits of dirt and debris everywhere and many spider webs. I contacted Vacasa via text the first night to complain about the issues I'd identified at that point (door code, non-working lights, etc.). I was told that the "local office" would be "reaching out" regarding the issues. I never

Golf Getaway - Great Stay

We were on a golfing vacation and had a great time!! This property is well located in North Myrtle Beach and very easy to access. It is very clean, as described in the ad and property management was on top of a small issue that came up. The were friendly, knowledgeable and had it fixed in a heartbeat without any inconvenience!!! Price was very reasonable considering it was a last minute decision and it was during the summer vacation season. Will book this again!
