Renovated 2 bed, 1 bath, features hardwood floors throughout, beautiful new kitchen, new appliances.
A/C mini splits in the living room, bedrooms and ceiling fans in each room. A large yard with new patio, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, TV in each bedroom. We are about a 5 minute drive from several local beaches in the area. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

I will call VRBO, to have it fixed.) However, I am so happy to hear you had a pleasant experience. We also enjoyed hosting you as well. Hope you will be back *I just hung up from VRBO. Unfortunately, I was informed I am unable to change the rating. I explained, this was an error and definitely not that I changed my mind. My housekeeper stated the house was clean and you deserve 5 stars. Disappointing that this couldn’t be a quick fix. My intentions were all 5 stars for each category. I’ll apologize for VRBO. I’m not happy with their policy.

Beachy vibe

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was in pristine condition and had a summer shore house vibe that set the tone for our stay. The location about midway along the cape made easy travel each day anywhere from Falmouth to Provincetown.

Nice cottage to explore Cape Cod

Overall, we had a very good impression of the cottage. It was a really nice location for us to explore Cape Cod. The cottage was updated and clean with a nice outdoor space. However, it is pretty small but was not an issue for our family of 4. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Cottage!

This was a great cottage for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for 4th of July week. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Dennisport and Harwichport. Everything was updated in the cottage and seemed fairly new. Loved the outdoor shower!

Lovely Property

Nicely renovated cottage in a great location to access town, restaurants and local beaches. Just the right size for 5 of us. Has all the amenities and supplies needed. Didn’t have time to enjoy the beautiful patio and grill but hope to next time. Easy and timely communication with property manager. Highly recommend this rental.

Great little house!

We had a great time in this cute little house. Everything was as described in the listing and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were new and comfortable. The owner sent easy and clear check in instructions. We had no issues at all.

Escape on the Cape

We had an amazing time at 15 Mansion! It was the perfect house for a weekend getaway. The small details did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. The house was clean and was in a good location. We did not have to drive more than 5-10 minutes to get to restaurants, stores, or the beach. The property manager was easy to contact and always available for any and all questions we had. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Cozy and perfect

We haven't done many VRBO before, but I've always been skeptical. This one was as advertised! Cozy, convenient, well maintained and equipped, very clean. Our family of 4 had everything we needed. Host gave good recommendations and was quick to reply any time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cute beachy (but off-beach) cottage.

Clean, Quiet and Cute, this place has everything!

A disappointing rental at the "other" site had us scrambling for a new place after we cancelled for the week and we couldn't have been luckier! Kevin, MaryAnne and Michael went out of their way to make our week the best. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to 3 beaches and so much more. It is immaculate, cozy but roomy and they supply EVERYTHING for a great time on the Cape. The outdoor patio, fire pit and shower were added bonuses. Shoutout to Bandera's Market & Deli for the amazing sandwiches for our beach trips, Milano's Restaurant for 2 great Italian dinners, and Marion's Pie Shop for my annual strawberry rhubarb pies!

Cute little cottage for all your needs

We love the cape and decided on this cute cottage for our 4 day trip. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the home to anyone looking for a trip to the cape. Great location! However, if you’re a bigger person like my husband 6’2” and 250+ the space is a bit tight but manageable. Patio is clean and a beautiful space to eat. Plenty of parking as well and neighborhood is quiet! I would recommend keeping the number of guests to 4 due to space as it feels crowded sometimes. I also wish there was more space/dressers to unpack and put our suitcases. Access to the laundry is for housekeeping only. It would have been a huge help to utilize the machines before leaving and packing up dirty clothes. All in all, we would rent this cottage again and enjoyed our stay!
