The Space:

This comfy space is ideal for families and has plenty of board games to play, movies to watch, and books to read! Take an early morning stroll around the picturesque neighborhood, then head back for a cup of coffee. Enjoy family meals together around the dining table or prepare your meal on the BBQ on the back patio. And the cherry on top? You'll have full access to the El Pueblo pool, hot tub and gym - all of which are directly across from the townhome.



This spacious two-story townhome boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on the second floor, and a half bath on the main level. Unwind in the master bedroom and take in the view that overlooks the outdoor pool. Enjoy a refreshing shower after a day of fun in the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom. The kids will love having their own bedroom with two twin-size beds, with a closet of games and movies just around the corner. The second guest bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed that you'll be eager to dive into. All of the bedrooms come with their own TV.



Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the sight of a comfy living room that has a pull-out couch which can sleep 2 more guests, as well as a cozy fireplace and TV, perfect for those movie nights. Just off of the living room you'll find the conveniently located half-bathroom.



Down the hall a fully stocked kitchen awaits with multiple cookware items to cook meals at the house. Take a seat at the dining table with your family or friends and enjoy the meal you've prepared. The adjacent kitchen bar with four bar stools makes a great kids' table, and is also the perfect place to eat a quick breakfast before the day's adventures.



Just off the kitchen and dining area you'll find a quaint back patio with a BBQ and seating area, as well as a small grass area for the kids to throw a frisbee and play. Take in the stunning views of the desert landscape and red rocks.



There is a washer & dryer for your use as well, so you can wash your clothes before returning home.



Please be aware that there are exterior cameras around the property. This is for the guests and owners safety.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically open for Spring Break (usually the last week of March) and close on October 1st. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.



Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!



The Neighborhood:

A Rustic Retreat B8 is located in Kanab's beautiful neighborhood, El Pueblo. El Pueblo offers a lot for the family. As mentioned, there's a community gym, pool and hot tub. It is very important to read and follow all the rules for your family's safety. Failure to do so could result in a revocation of clubhouse privileges. Please be respectful.



Note: Most GPS Systems will not take you to the correct address. Please search on "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation Date.



For the safety of our property and our guests, we have security cameras installed on the outside of the property. Again, please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
