Our home is just over 1 mile from the historic downtown district, which offers quality dining, shopping and entertainment. On Saturdays, there is a farmers market at Chestnut Square which is just south of the square. The neighborhood is south of Hwy 380 and east of Hwy 75. The neighborhood is up and coming with many older homes being remodeled and upgraded. Neighbors are fairly quiet and very respectful.
Park for Free in Downtown McKinney ; Off-street Parking. Free all-day parking within a short walking distance of the square. We have maps in the home to help you get around.
Pets: 1 dog is allowed, must be house broken and not allowed on furniture or beds. When you are not home, we require that your dog be kenneled. We charge a $25 cleaning fee per visit. Please message directly to confirm your pet is registered correctly before arrival.
