Kick your feet up and relax at this adorable cottage situated on 33 acres bordering Lookout Creek! This adventure haven is centrally located to Cloudland Canyon State Park, world-class hang gliding, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. Only 20 minutes to Downtown Chattanooga, this creekside retreat is sure to check all the boxes for your next family getaway!

The home is bright and airy with plenty of natural light filling every room. Watch all sorts of wildlife in the pasture from the living room window or go out and enjoy the creek during a hot summer day. Comfortable bedrooms will provide for a restful night's sleep to recharge for any adventure.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed and private bathroom with double vanity. There are queen beds in each of the other bedrooms along with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

You'll have full access to the entire home and ground immediately surrounding the home. We do have wonderful neighbors and ask that you stay off their property so others can continue to enjoy this space. Property markings are present to help you navigate during your adventures!

We'll be happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations during your stay. Please keep in mind, we're also humans and might not be available in the middle of the night (though we'll try!).

Close to hang gliding park so you can watch the hand-gliders from the treetops below. Other enjoyable attractions include Rock City, Ruby Falls, or White Water Rafting for the adventurous.

Cozy Country Getaway

This place is a must if you want to unplug for a while! We stayed here and had our wedding at Cloudland Canyon, it worked out great! You are close to everything, and yet far enough out for peace and quiet. Chattanooga is a quick drive up the freeway, with tons to do and explore. The property is spacious, and very private. The first drive up the long driveway will make you confident that your stay will be special. The home is very comfortable, and everything you need is provided. Relax on the front porch overlooking the property, or have a calm evening campfire. The host was super receptive to our needs, and promptly replied to everything we brought up. We can’t speak highly enough of this place, a must book if you’re in the area!!

Great for our purpose

Very close to the flight school which was the purpose of our stay. Clean & bright, nice size rooms, enjoyed the fire pit. Several things todo nearby like Rock city & ruby falls.

It was beautiful

My family and I absolutely loved our visit. We definitely plan to stay at the house again and for much longer. The property is breathtaking and the house was immaculate. The only things I would say that need to be looked into would be 2 things..... the pull out sofa seemed to sink in so much so that my sister had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. Also, we tried making biscuits in the oven and it didn't want to heat up.... it would not go over 300 degrees and at a certain point my sister said it didn't seem to keep any heat at all. The third, bigger issue was the outdoor chairs. Every single one of them had bird poop on them. We definitely came to spend time outside and that required that we spend over a half an hour cleaning the chairs so we could sit down. I would suggest maybe storing them upside down so that if birds do sit on them, it is much less likely that the poop ends up on the side you sit on. Or they need something put on top of them and people just need to pull them out as needed. Just a suggestion.... but overall our experience was amazing. The house truly is breathtaking
