Daverans Retreat is a custom built luxury log cabin home designed for premium adult guests looking for a perfect get-away to recharge, rekindle and relax. From the “big things” to the “details”, Daverans Retreat functionality and comfort is unique. Spacious dual master king bed suites (one upstairs, one down) each with a spacious private bath (shower, toilet and twin genuine granite countertops featuring his/her sinks). Upstairs master king bed suite features a separate whirlpool tub; perfect after a hike in the park.

Both master king bed suites features new Sony TVs. If it rains, you do not lose the TV signal (or internet). A new smart LG TV is provided in the living area. Enjoy a selection of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and much more! The fiber optic WIFI provides excellent internet speed via a 1000 MBPS connection. Might be a perfect time to update your Apps, play games on your devices or just keep in touch with friends and loved ones.

Take a long hike in the park? Perfect! How about spending some time in the hot tub on the outside deck? This is a premium Lucite® acrylic hot tub with easy-to-use controls and multiset LED lighting for the perfect effect. Or maybe a long shower or a long soak in the whirlpool tub upstairs? Use all the hot water you want! Daverans Retreat is equipped with an on-demand water heating system (tankless); never run out of hot water again.

How about just relaxing with a book, watching TV, playing a game of billiards or arcade games in the upstairs game room in perfect comfort? Again, we got ya covered! Daverans Retreat is equipped with zoned heating and cooling (dedicated heating and cooling controls); with two separate systems to keep the temp on each level just like you want it. Gas log fireplace downstairs if you just wanna cuddle-up or just stretch out and relax. Want to spend some on the deck? Perfect! Daverans Retreat features on oversized deck (12’x36’), half covered/half open, so star gaze, cuddle-up or just soak in the great outdoors. Want to feel one with the nature?

There are three seasonal community pools facing the mountains and tennis courts available to all our guests!

Hungry? We got this! Our fully equipped kitchen features a Frigidaire Gallery appliance suite, including a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, a genuine granite island countertop (complete with an electrical outlet), and a Keurig K-duo coffee machine. Genuine granite is also featured in all bathrooms, while LED lighting throughout the cabin (inside and out) sets the perfect ambiance for your stay.

Outside park style charcoal grill is provided.
