Scugog Lake House with hot tub and Sauna

Enjoy a getaway in the city of Kawartha Lakes while just a stone throw from all the city has to offer at our vacation home at Lake Scugog. Enjoy this luxuriously furnished house and spend your time soaking up the sun from out waterfront property and cooling off by catching a few waves.
Blow off some steam in the sauna, also have a party in the hot tub. The lake house is newly renovated with luxury amenities throughout.
Enjoy canoeing, kayaking and fishing at Lake Scugog directly off the dock.

We have four bedrooms, while an additional 5th room in the walkout basement, which has two queen beds

The entire home along with the backyard is accessible. We have a private deck which opens up to Lake Scugog. The water is weedy at the shore, depending upon the direction of the flow. However, it’s clear from the dock. Swimming in the lake is up to personal preference and it is guest’s sole responsibility to carry out any safety measures while swimming in the lake.
Please note that the dock is available only till mid November.
Please ask us about the hot tub availability while booking for winters.
No trespassing to neighbour's property is allowed.
We have provided few adult and children's life jackets in the garage. However, its the guests sole responsibility to use the right fitting safety gearing and their own safety while swimming/kayaking/canoeing in the lake.
Garbage and recycling should be separated during guest's stay.

Plead READ and FOLLOW the instructions for a relaxing and peaceful stay at lake house
1. Prior to check in, please provide the identities of all guests (including name, age). Please add all the guests in the Airbnb portal.
2. Please provide vehicle license numbers.
3. Only three vehicles can be parked on the driveway. We appreciate guests carpooling and travel together.
4. The number of people entering the property is strictly restricted to whats mentioned in the booking.
5. No visitors during the stays unless a permission has granted by the host.
6. Number of vehicles and guests are monitored by the outdoor security camera installed at the front and back entrances.
7. The safety and security of each guest is the sole responsibility of the person who has booked the stay.
8. Please do not litter the hot tub.
9. Please be mindful about the noise outdoors. THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD.
10. NO LOUD NOISE BETWEEN 9PM to 11 AM.
11. MUSIC/KARAOKE SHOULD BE PLAYED INDOORS WITH THE WINDOWS CLOSED.

Violation of the above rules will be considered as unlawful occupancy and you can be asked to leave the property or can be charged with penalty.
