We are minutes away from 30A and short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park for all the sporting, concert and festivals happening in PCB.

Skip the crowds of the big resorts, don't worry about parking, and enjoy a brand new private pool (closed for winter months) in a fenced backyard, with a screened porch with comfy seating at this single-level ranch 3 bedroom/2 bath home. It's quiet, private, and offers all you need for an amazing family trip to the white sand beaches.

Our one-story remodeled home offers a sizeable living area and full kitchen with 70" ROKU TV and dining/bar seating. The primary bedroom features a luxury mattress king bed, nightstands with lamps, closet with hangers, dressers and ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom includes a luxury queen bed, nightstands with lamps, closet with hangers and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom offers queen bed, bunk beds plus trundle (3 twins total) & (TOP BUNK MAX WEIGHT 100#), and Serta sofa/sleeper and smart TV. Our maximum occupancy is 8 MAX. A full size washer/dryer and private Wi-fi round out the conveniences.

Step out back to one of the highlights of our property: our comfortable seating area in a screened-in porch, and the sweetest dog beach mural wall - welcoming you to PCB! It also comes complete with its own retro refrigerator and outdoor TV so you don't miss any of your favorite sports or shows. Some games including cornhole, cards, and other games (for adults and the kids) as available. Don't worry about privacy, it's all in a 6ft. fenced-in yard so you can relax as kids or pups play while fully protected in a secure space. Our security cameras are located outside of property only. All Smart TVs are either ROKU OR FIRE - No cable - please note - use your own personal streaming accounts on any TV.- Free High speed WI-FI is provided.

We are dog friendly for house trained, potty trained, non shedding, well mannered dogs. There is a non refundable pet fee per dog (up to 4 at owner discretion). Pet fee will have to be independently added to charges by host on Airbnb or Vrbo bookings.
We have two small kennels for your use. We have abundant FREE/covered parking (RV, boat, camper, trailer, jet skis.) The PCB Airport is is a short taxi ride and no rental car is needed to get to beach - instead, rent a golf cart from Outlaw Golf Carts (seasonal business - contact Outlaw to confirm availability) very close to the house and ride in style to Beach Access 79 or 82.

The emerald waters are a 3-minute golf cart ride away, and there are many great nearby restaurants - go right for 30A and left for PCB.
