This adorable home offers a new, large private pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding from a day at the beach or a relaxing evening swim. Take a stroll down to the beach in the evening and capture the unforgettable Florida sunsets. This home is sure to be a perfect place for you to create sweet, new memories.

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. Good family booking

Great house for family of 5 plus dog. Very close to the beach. Ideal location. Pool and hot tub were a great feature. We did have some issues with house and pool but staff were quick to address. Golf cart would make this property an ideal rental if included. Overall great trip and value.

Little Piece of Paradise...

What a great vacation! Cute house with a fantastic location! This house has everything you need on vacay at the beach. The backyard is great with a nice pool and room for our fur babies. There are also games inside for rainy days. The per pet fee is a little steep, but other than that the stay was perfect. We will be back!!

Making Memories

This beach house has everything you want for a good vacation. It’s a small property but has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, and an adequately equipped kitchen. Why you want this house is because it is a very short walk (maybe a 1/4 mile) to the beach, but we found it hard to leave the backyard. Fenced in yard (the dogs loved it) patio, nice furniture, weber grill… and a pool and hot tub!! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and we will definitely stay again, big fan!

Overall a solid B+

First let me say we love the PCB/Laguna Beach area so if you are considering a trip to this area DO IT.❤️ This house has more positives then negatives and the negatives could be easily remedied: 1. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows 2. So many towels provided and looked new which I appreciated 3. Kitchen well stocked 4. Responsive management 5. Provided a starter kit of dish soap for the kitchen 6. Pool and hot tub are beautiful 7. Fire pit was awesome 8. Allows pets (for a fee) and the yard is fenced and makes that easy if you have a dog 9. Washer and dryer work Cons 1. The house was not very clean (bathroom tub was visibly ringed, garbage in the bedrooms). Not so dirty I needed them to come back out but dirty enough for the comment 2. The interior is worn. Old leather furniture was comfortable but worn. They need to go through and do minor repairs, replace shower curtain etc.. 3. No plastic cups or dishes in the kitchen. I found this so odd since the pool… 4. My biggest issue was that they charge to heat the pool and the hot tub (we went in the fall) and I paid for it but they control the hot tub with an app. They said it would be on from 5:00-10:00 but I paid a daily rate so I don’t get that AND we had to call between 5:00-10:00 multiple times to get the heating element turned on because all that was on are the jets. All of that to presumably save on their electric bill? 6. No black out curtains in bedrooms 7. TV in front bedroom won’t connect
