The water feature and inviting front porch with Adirondack chairs create a private oasis, while being just a few steps from the boardwalk that leads you straight to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

The home offers 2 and a half stories, with space for up to ten people to comfortably gather together. Enter through the Mahogany French doors that open into the main level living and dining area, where you'll immediately notice the high ceilings and bright, floor to ceiling windows. The living area boasts plenty of room for family gathering. There is also a large HD TV with a soundbar that makes this room an ideal space for relaxing with a great movie night and a cocktail. Enjoy meals around the farmhouse-style dining table that leads to the adjoining kitchen which features custom cabinetry, a butler's pantry, and additional seating at the granite-topped island.

Up the stairway to the second floor is a landing space that offers convenient seating, as well as double doors leading out to an expansive balcony with comfortable seating for a serene getaway. On either side of the landing space, you'll find a private suite, each with Queen-size beds surrounded by antique furnishings and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.The laundry is conveniently located just off the stairwell. On the third floor is a loft area with 4 Full-size beds with large storage drawers below each built-in frame, along with televisions on both sides for a cozy movie night in with the kids.
