Relax on the plush wraparound sofa after the day's adventures and stream your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV or head out to the private, fully enclosed backyard for happy hour cocktails. An upstairs living also offers sofa seating and another smart TV for flexible entertainment options. The island kitchen comes well-appointed for home-cooking with gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

For added convenience, all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Primary guests will enjoy first-floor bedroom access complete with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A second en suite bedroom is located upstairs along with the third guest bedroom and a third, shared bathroom. A shared, half-bath is located on the ground floor for household convenience.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
