Recently purchased and newly furnished this spacious townhome accommodates 7. If more room is needed a similar size rental unit (#35) is available next door and can be offered at a discount (15%).
Amenities include Keyless entry, 65’ & 55’ Smart TVs (2021), Sonos soundbar/speakers, Weber Grill, Hot tub, boot & glove warmer/dryer, broadband internet (200Mb), cable TV (125 channels), and premium streaming services (Showtime, HBO, Netflix, Prime, & Disney)
The townhouse also has an attached garage that will fit a full size SUV although no car is needed at this location unless truly desired. It is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, grocery store, and shops within Kimball Junction. It is also a 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle to Old Town, Historic Main Street, Utah Olympic Park, and 3 world class skis resorts - Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. Living Room: This comfortable and cozy space offers a sofa and chair, gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV with Sonos sounder/speakers and a private deck with stunning views and a hot tub.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There are stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including kitchen bar seating for four.
Dining Area: With seating for up to six (w/2 pull up bar stools)

Master Bedroom (upper level) – Queen bed, 55” Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and private balcony overlooking Swaner Preserve. There is a full private bath with dual granite counter sinks and a tile shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen bed, 55” Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and private deck and private bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bunk room (upper level) - Upper level loft with a triple bunk bed. Full size bunk beds are perfect for children, grand-children, and grown adults alike.
