Living room has a fully functional wood-burning fireplace. Family room has sliders that open to the pool area creating an indoor/outdoor living space at its best. In the backyard you will find a multitude of spaces for all to enjoy. The natural stone wading pool, which ranges from 1-3.5 ft deep, is perfect for floating and cooling off during the hot summer months, or enjoy the separate hot tub for those cool star-lit nights. Take in stunning mountain views and gorgeous sunsets in the spacious front lounge area.

Casa Rosa is a short walk to Boozehounds, Toucans, Billy Reeds, Cartel Coffee, 7Eleven and has hiking trails a few blocks away. Be seduced by this incredibly unique Spanish oasis, steeped in character & charm. Come enjoy all the amenities of a luxury hotel combined with the comforts of home.

The pool is non-heated, however hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using the spa-side control panel. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
