Why spend hundreds more on a hotel for your next group trip? Instead, enjoy a stylish experience at this RARE centrally located 2 story modern house. Not only will your family and friends save money, but the memories you can create under one roof will be priceless.
Items you don't get in a hotel: Fully equipped Chef's kitchen, 77-inch OLED TV, a PRIVATE driveway and fenced turf yard with seating for everyone that includes three fans, Smart TV, BBQ grill & a propane fire pit!
Each bedroom is equipped with a, smart tv, desk, full-size mirror, and a private restroom to include your essentials (hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash).
✔ Bedroom One: 1 King bed with its own private bathroom with a full-size bathtub.
✔ Bedroom Two: 2 Queen beds & 1 twin daybed with a twin pull out trundle. This bedroom includes a soak in tub, full shower with rainfall shower head and dual sink vanity to accommodate guests. There is also a walk-in closet inside the primary restroom for your use.
✔ Bedroom Three: 11-foot ceilings, with adult-size Queen bunk beds (per manufacturer up to 2,000 lbs capacity) along with its own private bathroom with a full-size bathtub.
AMENITIES: As a courtesy, we supply guests with "starter pack" of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. This is to make our guests comfortable and also to relieve the stress of having to go to the store upon arrival. Guests are still personally responsible for purchasing these items if they deplete the "starter pack."
Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and a locked utility closet (sorry for the inconvenience). The private driveway can fit two full size cars, and there is plenty of free street parking.
Other things to note
- This home is in very close proximity to a busy highway and train tracks. Sounds from traffic and train are to be expected. Please do not book this space if traffic noise and train noise will be an issue for you!
-Please understand, that we are in close proximity to open fields & wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: opossums, bees, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, and tree roaches to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, therefore, do not refund if you encounter these creatures during your stay.
Guests must immediately (within 24 hours of check-in) make the host aware of any deficiencies or issues, and grant the host a reasonable amount of time to rectify the issue.
HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty-free as we have a Strict Cancellation Policy. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
– NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING (We consider a party when extra guests arrive that are NOT listed in the reservation. Please be honest with the number of people who will be inside the house so we can plan to have enough supplies)
– Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9 am.
– No Excessive guests. If you bring more guests than listed in your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund or will have to charge additional fees.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– Wash dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
– Feel free to use the grill that is set up for guests' use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra $50 cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own propane to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
– Report any damages and/or breakage in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
- Late check out & early check-in must be communicated 24 hours in advance. Fee is $25 per hour & payment is due at the time of request. If not communicated, you will be liable for any cancelled trips due to late check-out. Fines can range anywhere from $500 - $2,000.
– No unplugging of the electronics like cameras, Tv's, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc.
– Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
– Do not rearrange our furniture.
– Place remotes (TV & Fan) in their rightful place upon departure.
– Lastly, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
