One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.



The Space:

The Master Bedroom features a comfortable King bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The Full Bathroom includes a jetted tub and a separate shower, along with laundry facilities for your convenience. Please note that the jetted tub is designed for two people and may not fill completely for single-person use due to the hot water heater capacity. The Living Room offers a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair, providing additional sleeping space. It also features a cozy gas fireplace and a large-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. Blackout curtains ensure a peaceful sleep, even for late risers. The unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck overlooking the water. Guests can enjoy the provided beach towels and access the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please be aware that the Beachside Condos are situated on a busy road, and earplugs and sound machines are provided for your comfort.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
