Luxury Private Apartment 1 mile from Fort Lauderdale Beach

This spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment is a home away from home. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and the living room has a Trundle Bed w/2 twin mattresses. Plenty of sunshine and Vitamin D will fill the rooms. This apartment is close to so many things, especially the beach. Parking is plentiful and it's definitely quiet for your rest and relaxation.

Some things to Note:
● The primary guest must be 25 years old.

● The apartment is above a business (in the back of a small plaza). If you are uncomfortable with this, please consider another listing. They can't hear you and you can't hear them. There are hurricane windows and doors that block out the majority of the noise. However, you will hear the occasional ambulance or fire truck go by. There is also a security patrol at night to put your mind at ease.

● This apartment is upstairs. There is one flight up (19 steps total). The apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant.

● The trash pick-up is Tues/Fri behind the building and can be heard from the bedroom window. This causes a disturbance in the early morning. Just giving a fair warning if you are a light sleeper.
