Remodeled home in a quiet central neighborhood near beaches & shopping centers.

Enjoy concerts at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater nearby or the baseball, soccer, volleyball courts, pools, bike/running paths, and dog parks in the Community Park less than 5 minutes away. On the outskirt of the area, you will find Las Olas boulevard in fort Lauderdale less than half an hour and 15 minutes away from the stadium of the InterMiami Futbol Club. This is my primary home which means that when I travel and rent it my belongings are locked in several labeled closets on the living areas.

You will be renting two rooms and full and sole access to the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Please note that this home has an additional 1/1 efficiency apartment on the back. The only area they share with the main house is the parking, it even has its own backyard.

Beautifully furnished, safe parking on premises, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, security cameras, expresso machine, large fenced backyard, and self-check-in.
*Please note that the entrance to the backyard and patio is not connected to the main house but it’s accessed through the left side fence*

Safety and cleanliness: This is a non-smoking stay with outdoor security cameras. This is my primary home which means that when I travel and rent it my belongings are locked in several labeled closets on the living areas.
This will not affect your space as you have plenty of storage in the room closets and in the kitchen cabinets.
