You and your guests will walk into a large inviting entrance hall with a dome ceiling with views of the living room overlooking the front deck and water. The cooks in your family will enjoy the spacious kitchen with cherry cabinets, an induction stove, microwave, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal.

The rental is for the first floor. A ground floor is available for renting the family/game room or additional bedrooms and bathrooms. If you book the first floor, a second party will not be renting the ground floor. Call the owner for details.

The primary bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks Carnegie Bay with direct access to the 12' x 40' deck. The connecting bath has a quartz double sink countertop. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and connects to a private ½ bath. The third bedroom has a large vaulted ceiling with 1 - XL twin bed and a full & twin bunk bed. In the hallway is a shared full bathroom. The bedrooms include room darkening shades/curtains, ceiling fans, suitcase racks, flashlights, dressers, and closets. The large front deck is an excellent spot for any meal around the outdoor table and lounge area. The entrance has a screened porch to enjoy coffee or an evening nightcap.

The area is a private lot with plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or hanging out with friends and family. The waterfront is a different view from the river, with lots of birds, turtles, and good fishing. It's calming and peaceful, excellent for a Kayak ride.

Carnegie Bay Cottage offers a perfect location within walking distance to downtown Alexandria Bay, restaurants, marinas, entertainment, boat tours, golf, etc. The Cottage, located on Carnegie Bay's water, has easy access to the St. Lawrence River.

The rental rate is based on seven people or less.
