Looking for the perfect lake retreat? This lakefront beauty has everything your group could want or need! Lake views from all 4 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room. Large deck with seating for 10 to provide the best view for dinner or just morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Tile floors on entire main floor with carpet upstairs. Brand new smart TV in living room.

SLEEPING:
Bedroom 1: King bed on main floor with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen Bed on second floor with hall bathroom Bedroom 3: Queen Bed on second floor with hall bathroom Bedroom 4: King Bed and two Twins on second floor with en-suite bathroom
Extra: Full bamboo fold out mattress can be used in any room. Extra sheets and blankets provided.

EATING: Fully equipped kitchen with plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils. Keurig coffee machine for individual cups or coffee pot for a large group. Toaster oven. Grill utensils for small propane grill on porch. Propane tank already connected to grill.

PLAYING: Three paddleboards to enjoy (2 adult size, 1 kid size). One kayak to enjoy. Several floats and pool noodles. A few life jackets are on site but we always suggest bringing your own for perfect size and comfort. Porch swings under deck.

BOATING: If you have a PWC (personal watercraft, like a Wave Runner or Jet Ski), we have installed a landing pad joining the pier where it can be safely parked when not in use. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat which can be parked safely on the side of the pier or on the boat lift. Boat lift is built to accommodate a small ski boat or fishing boat. It will NOT accommodate a large wakeboard boat or pontoon. Wildlife access located just down the street to launch your boat.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

We’ve stayed here several times over the past 3 years, & this is by far our favorite rental at Badin Lake. The house is very roomy with a large living room which is perfect for our family of 9. Every morning we enjoy coffee on the covered back porch overlooking the lake, as well as lunches or dinners there. The dock is large with plenty of room to sit while the children fish or play in the water. There are stand up paddle boards & a kayak for use, as well as floats. We love coming here for a peaceful, relaxing vacation & hope to come again before the summer is out!

Thanksgiving

This is our second year my husband and I have stayed with our family for Thanksgiving. The children love fishing there. Plenty of room for everyone, the beds are comfortable and house is clean. Older kids enjoyed the Paddle boards. Neighborhood very quiet. Fun time for everyone.

Sun..Fun..fishing..boating..food..laughter..always fun on the water!!

Our family of 11 enjoyed the 4th of July week on Badin Lake in this home..our 5 grandsons (ages 9-12) love the water and the pier was perfect for playing..sitting out..fishing..swimming..(we brought pop-ups for shade on the dock) the house was perfect for our crowd ! We also enjoyed the neighbors (thanks Whitney)who filled us in on the happenings on the lake!

Get Away for R&R

Great Lake Home

This is a great property in a good neighborhood. There was plenty of common space and two bedrooms were master suites. The outdoor spaces including the dock and deck were just what we were looking for. The storage cabinets and storage were all labeled and there were helpful notes and information through out the property.

Long weekend

Long weekend before the holiday with friends, unfortunately we couldn’t stay over the 4th but absolutely a great weekend. Great location and owners were super nice. No issues with check in process and easy check out requirements. We dropped the boat in a kitty before check in time and owners let us park truck and trailer at house before check in which was great. Beds super comfy too!

College Visit Home base

We enjoyed our stay at this home on Badin lake. We were visiting colleges in North Carolina during spring break & this house was about an hour from all the schools we visited. It was nice to have one place to stay each night instead of packing up and driving each night to a different hotel. The host was very helpful, the house was clean, and the area was quiet. We all enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

We cannot express our apprecitation enough for the wonderful experience we had at 378 Shoreline Drive, New London, NC. The home was perfect for us. The outisde back porch and the dock was perfect. The kitchen area provided all we needed. The home was clean and use of the lake toys, chairs and boat lift were beyond our expectations. Great location, clean water to swim in!!!!!!!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. Jenna was great host and answered all my questions quickly. The lake was beautiful and great location for the kids to swim. The boat ramp was great for my older stepmom to get in the with ease. Kids loved the paddle boards and floats. We did a lot of fishing and caught couple nice size catfish and other fishes. We ate at Jays Seafood Resturant and the food was excellent. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again!!
