This stylish and colorful 2 bedroom condo will make you feel like you're in the Sunshine State of Florida! This location is a true gem, situated on a very popular beach in St Pete. However, peace & quiet can be found easily in this laid back location, just steps away from the sand. The 2 bedroom space provides what you need to relax & unwind, but also enjoy the beautiful sunshine & water activities in one of the top beaches in America. Beach equipment provided. Welcome to your vacation paradise!

Walk in through the front or back door and enjoy a wide open, fully stocked kitchen & comfortable living room. Off of the main room, there is a hall area that leads to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom features 2 full beds. In addition to the 3rd floor condo space, the property includes a heated pool, beach access, shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills and onsite paid laundry.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
