Happy Days North is a beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This is the perfect family vacation rental home that sleeps 14. Lots of room and space of everyone in this rental. There is a community pool that is shared by 12 homes. Happy Days North is a 5 minute walk to the beach (.2 miles) or 2 minute ride in a golf cart. There is a new outdoor shower to help in getting off the beach sand. There is the convenience of a handicap access with bathrooms and golf cart parking at the end of 22nd Avenue by the beach. A golf cart rental is allowed on this property.

The ground floor has a bedroom with a king bed. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin bunks. A bathroom with a tub and shower combination is on the ground floor. There is a room with a TV and 2 couches, one being a queen sleeper sofa. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor. There is an area on the ground floor where you can store your beach chairs, your beach bags, beach toys, and even a kayak. There is inside access from the ground floor to the main floor. The ground floor also has its own entrance door.

The main floor is where the living area, dining room, and kitchen are found. There is access to the large covered balcony porch from the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and appliances. There are 4 bar stools and a dining area that seats 6. Two bedrooms and 2 baths (tub and shower combination) complete the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bathroom on this floor is in the hallway.

The top floor is designated as the master suite. This floor presents a king bed, TV, master bath with a tub and walk-in shower, and a private covered balcony. From the balcony there is a partial view of the ocean. Lots of room and privacy are on this level.

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here. If you are looking for a dinner show, live entertainment, or a place to dance the night away, you have a variety to choose from. This house does not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers, or smoking. Students/student groups are not allowed. This rental is for families only. A golf cart rental is allowed. This rental does not have a garage to park in. Parking is in the driveway of this home and can easily park 4 vehicles. Security cameras have been installed on the exterior of the property to prevent theft and vandalism.

Linens and departure clean are included in the total of this rental.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
