Inside you'll find a bright interior with an air of welcoming. The comfortable furniture throughout invites you to sit back and relax, especially the couches around the large TV just begging you to indulge in a Netflix marathon. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with a breakfast bar that seats three. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Dine al fresco or enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise.

Beach access is across the highway on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. The Tram can shuttle guests to the beach parking, or you can drive and park in the graveled public parking area across from the Tivoli Bridge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
