Overall, we had an okay stay, but there were a few issues worth noting for future guests. Upon arrival, the home was not as clean as expected, and it was missing some basic essentials that would have made the stay more comfortable. Additionally, after checkout, we were surprised to be accused of damaging furniture, which we did not do. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the condition in which we found the property. I would recommend confirming expectations with the host in advance and documenting the condition of the home upon arrival.

Thank you for your comments. We always encourage our guests to report any unsatisfactory items upon arrival or shortly thereafter. Failure to do so and notifying after you depart leaves no opportunity to remedy and unsatisfactory conditions. As for the broken bed, your report came after you checked out plus you reported damage to a different bed. All beds were in great condition when the house was cleaned before you checked in. The damage to the king size wood bed was so severe that it is not even usable so we are not understanding why anyone would not have reported the issue at check in. We are taking proper steps to replace the king size bed.

Amazing Location

The house is exactly as described and in the perfect location. We enjoyed the spacious home with room for our family to spend quality time together. Our favorite was having morning coffee on the deck and watching the dolphins feed in the bay.

Wonderful family property

We were wowed by the pictures, but the real life property is awesome. It was clean and welcoming and there was plenty of room for togetherness as well as places to spend time away from everyone else. We had a fantastic family getaway and would love to use this property again in the future!

Sunrise at Little Bay is a great place to stay.

The house was spacious and very clean, with abundant extras and convenience items. The elevated lookout deck provided gorgeous views of Little Bay, and the breeze made it very soothing in the hot weather. Location is perfect for visiting Little Bay, Key Allegro, Rockport and Fulton. Will definitely return for future stays.

Great property

Home had a lot of space and beds. Loved the view and location. One of the bathrooms was a little small but overall great property. Communication with property manager was great. We would love to visit again!

Family Labor day getaway

The Vrbo was spacious and comfy for our family of 9 plus our fur baby. We enjoyed our game nights, cook outs and fishing. The beach was close by and beautiful. This property was our home away from home. Will definitely recommend to others!

100 % satisfied with this getaway

My mom and sister’s and I stayed here for a weekend and we enjoyed it very much , the location is ideal , stores , restaurants, fishing Piers , beach, so very close, nice view, very relaxing, , the house was very clean, and spacious , all our little girls stayed in the same room and had a slumber party, I had a very good experience here definitely no complaints and would bring my family here again

We enjoyed the property and it was clean and we had all necessary items. We had an issue with the AC and contacted the host who immediately contacted maintenance and resolved the problem. Amazing view of the bay and close to MANY restaurants. We will definitely go back

Great place for a getaway

Nice property right on the bay with great views from the porch and upper deck. Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine and breeze. Close to beach, fishing spots and restaurants. Excellent communication and service from property management. Comfy beds, nice tv room and kitchen has all you need for cooking. The whole family loved the stay and the property feels more like home than a rental - cozy, quaint, picturesque. Thank you to the mgmt team for making our summer trip pleasant and one to remember!

Escaping MN Winter

We stayed from 12/27/23 to 2/2/24. The weather was great other than a few days of an arctic blast. The morning sunshine over the bay was beautiful and the mid-afternoon temps typically hit the high 60s or low 70s. The house was great, with plenty of room for two people to work remote and plenty of beds and bathrooms for the kids to visit. Plenty to do in the area, even though it was off-season. Home is well maintained, clean and very functional. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Annual Weekend Getaway

For several years now, my Mom and her siblings have been coming to Rockport. Over the past couple of years, the Adult children have joined and the group has gotten larger and larger every year. This year, it was a privilege to have my adult children and 2 grandkids join our Rockport Family trip, which was AMAZING because it's not often we are able to have us all together at the same place and time anymore. The house Sunrise at Little Bay was absolutely perfect. Despite the weather not being great, our lil family enjoyed it, and one soggy morning, we enjoyed having breakfast with the ENTIRE crew. Not only is the house near the beach, it is perfectly located within a short drive to shopping and restaurants in the area. And the added rooftop balcony overlooking the water allows you to enjoy the most spectacular views!! The host was very easy to communicate with and the added little surprises when we arrived added a wonderful touch of hospitality. Although the house is up for sale and we wish the best for whatever plans the owner has, we hope to be given the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Sunrise at Little Bay is centrally located in the heart of Rockport/Fulton. The waterfront view from this home is spectacular! Just sitting on the front porch or on the observation deck watching the boats and jet skiers go by is wonderful, not to mention the anglers that catch some keepers are fun to see!
We fell in love with this home because its super close to the beach, HEB, and places to eat. We experienced seeing the 4th of July fireworks from the observation deck and it was AMAZING!
