NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. However, we provide earplugs and there are noise machines in each suite.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second master suite also has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning and fans are located throughout so you can sleep comfortably. 

The common area rooftop provides a sparkling pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, a swim-up bar, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. One of the standout features of this rooftop is the swim-up bar that allows guests to relish refreshing drinks without having to leave the pool. Guests have full access to the condo and the common amenities including the rooftop pool area and gym.

Other things to note
NOTE: The rooftop pool is scheduled to be out of service from June 1st to 15th, 2024, due to maintenance work.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are available for guest's use.
