This open-concept 2-story home provides ample space for a small gathering with family and friends. On the first floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with a 3-stool kitchen island and a small 4-stool breakfast table. A complimentary living area with plush linen couches and a wall-mounted TV overlooks stunning blue-green waters through a wall of windows. A door leading out to the covered balcony with a screen-in area offers alfresco dining options, while the adjoining deck with 2 Adirondack chairs is excellent for sunbathing. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
