Our massive 3200-square-foot cabin is perfect for your friends/family and is just 15 minutes away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. And unlike most cabins in the Smoky's, we can fit 7+ cars in our parking area. Along with having 5 bedrooms with heavy-duty log beds and all ensuite bathrooms, plus 6 Roku TVs - because we don't believe in fighting over the remote.

Dine with a view, or watch TV too? Our living room has got you covered with a 75” Roku TV, a 10-person dining table, 4-person bar seating, and a barrel bistro table for another 4 people. No more awkwardly trying to eat on the couch or waiting in line to use the bathroom! And if you prefer to dine with a view, head to the treetop gazebo that seats 4 (plus bench seating for another 6) and overlooks stunning vistas.

Take your gaming to the next level on our top floor with a Foosball Table and a 60-game arcade machine, plus extra seating for your personal fan club. And if you're still not satisfied, head to the lower floor with a pool table, hot tub, and a 65” Roku TV in the lower living room. Hungry? Fire up the park-style charcoal grill in the front or propane grill on the deck out back.

Or unleash your inner chef in our kitchen that will make you feel like royalty! All of our appliances are stainless steel, and our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up mouth-watering mountain meals. Whether you prefer Mickey Mouse pancakes or a savory omelet, our granite countertop bar is the perfect spot to snack and sip on your coffee. Speaking of coffee, we've got you covered with two coffee makers, plus a Keurig, and a French press so you can start your day off on the right foot.

Lastly, we're serious about cleanliness and safety, so you don't have to be. The best deck views along with the Treetop Gazebo, rocking chairs, a hammock, propane grill, a living room with a 75" TV, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 10 person dining table, 4 bar stools and a bistro table with 4 stools, and the kitchen.

Upper Level
60 game arcade system, foosball table, queen size bed and a full bathroom.

Lower Level
Hot Tub on deck with a deck swing and additional outdoor seating, still great views, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed, and the other bedroom with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, 2 ensuite bathrooms, another living room with 65" TV, and a pool table and dart board.

GUEST ACCESS
The cabin sits in a semi-secluded area giving guests lots of privacy. However, this cabin is centrally located and can easily access Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or Wears Valley within 15 minutes. You are renting the entire cabin and there are only 8 cabins and we are at the end of a dead-end road.

Other things to note
The state of Tennessee and Sevier County require a lodging tax to be collected in the amount of 12.75% on each rental. This will be added to your bill. 9.75 % state tax and 3% county tax.

YOU ARE ONLY GIVEN A SMALL STARTER SUPPLY OF TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, DISHWASHING TABS, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, SOAP, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, ETC. YOU CAN PLAN AHEAD BY BRINGING WHAT YOU NEED FROM HOME OR SHOPPING AT THE LOCAL FOOD CITY GROCERY THAT IS ONLY 2 MILES AWAY. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PANTRY ITEMS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH. HOWEVER, THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES ETC FOR ENJOYING COOKING AT HOME. ALL LINENS /TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
THE HOT TUB IS EMPTIED AFTER THE DEPARTURE OF EACH GUEST FOR SANITATION PURPOSES. PLEASE SET THE HOT TUB TO YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE AND ALLOW 24 HOURS TO HEAT IN WINTER. WILL TAKE LESS TIME IN SUMMER. THANK YOU.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Absolutely no parties! You will be asked to leave immediately.
