Queen size bed and a futon faux leather back convertible sofa, Dining table with 4 seats, Smart TV to connect your favorite apps as Neflix, Prime, etc., Free Wifi. Space for up to 2 adults or 2 adults and one kid.

It has a private entrance on the side of the house, this is the Guest house of our property, you will not share anything except parking at the driveway.

- No smoking home, smoking is not allowed inside or outside.
- We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in.
- Quiet place, Parties are not allowed.
- Few toiletries are provided to help to start the stay.

Guest can enjoy free access to the community swimming pool and playground.

Only 15-20 min drive to Magic Kingdom, 35 min to Universal, 25 min to Disney Springs and close to many other attractions.
In this area you can find several Golf courses, Parks with trails, playground, soccer, basketball & picnic areas, Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, clothes stores, pharmacies.
Scape into nature at only 10 minutes to Lake Louisa State park one of the area's only swimmable lakes, this park also boasts scenic views, horse riding, kayaking, camping, hiking tours, canoeing, biking trails, and paddle boarding, it showcases a diversity of wildlife.


INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
