The studio met all of our needs and then some. It is spacious and comfortable.Literally steps to the lake and a private beach.We enjoyed each day with plenty of things to do. and didn't have to drive all over the lake's region. We had dinner at a couple of good restaurants. The Bob House is very good. I highly recommend staying here

The lake was nice and close. Wanted to grill but the propane tank was empty. Political battle between this property and the neighbors. I would have rather stayed at the neighbors place.

The photos online didn’t do the property any justice. It was much more beautiful than it looked. The location was perfect for us. Loved being able to walk to the lake and sit on the picnic tables.

Great getaway on the Lake

We loved your cozy studio. We came up to see the Dave Matthew’s concert at BNH pavilion in Gilford (only a 30 min drive). It was so comfortable, we loved being able to walk to the beach and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch having dinner and breakfast. The weather was perfect. We spent a day in North Conway shopping at the outlets (only about 40 mins away). We got ice cream close to the house at Ice Out Scoops. It was yummy! Thanks for having us. You’re great hosts!!

Quiet, private, small and comfy

We had an excellent weekend away here. The location is so close to castle in the clouds which is such a stunning view. You’re just a few steps away from the lake. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing

Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful time near the lake . The place is perfect for that destress ing time needed, sitting on the deck or relaxing on the beech only feet from the place it can not be beat. Plan on comming back many more times.

Rustic and quiet

Space was just like the pictures. Rustic, comfy and quiet and the lake area was so close to the rental unit and just beautiful and peaceful. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Area was easy to navigate.

Perfect Romantic Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Romantic Cottage in Moultonborough, ME. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The studio was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area, providing the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The surrounding nature was stunning, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a serene and romantic escape. Five stars all the way!

This cute studio apartment was awesome! Short walk to water with chairs set on the beach for us by the owners. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Loved the fact that we could cook breakfast as all the necessary cookware and eating utensils were provided. Will definitely book this again!

Cute place for an awesome stay!

This was my husband and I's first stay at a VRBO and we really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean and had little touches to make it feel cozy. We felt Mark and Shelly were very responsive and respectable when we had a simple question that we should have known. As we didn't know what to expect, we found everything to be exactly what we'd hope for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Mark and Shelly were excellent hosts, very friendly and made us feel welcome. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved being so close to the lake and could walk to the state beach in less than a minute. In the evening we even enjoyed sitting around their bonfire with them swapping stories and laughs. My husband and I both had a great time and look forward to a return visit.
